Echo Investment sells Face2Face Business Campus in Katowice!
The new owner of Face2Face Business Campus in Katowice is a joint venture of the Czech real estate fund Investika and Bud Holdings, a Luxembourgish private equity investor.
The Face2Face Business Campus in Katowice, located at the intersection of Grundmanna and Chorzowska streets, consists of two buildings occupying 47,000 sqm. sqm of modern office space. The complex is almost 100% let.
The transaction is worth over EUR 100 million and it is the fourth office project sold by Echo Investment this year.
