Genpact will grow in Katowice!

The American company Genpact Services Poland Sp. z o.o. will create 286 new workplaces till the end of 2022. The company will receive support for its development from the Katowice Special Economic Zone.

Genpact (“generating global impact”) provides business process management services to companies worldwide.  Currently it cooperates with over 800 clients in finance, accounting, insurance and banking, purchasing and supply chain management, customer service, corporate applications, etc.

Genpact Services Poland has already a branch in Katowice, now it’s time for development a service center. Investor is looking for specialists with knowledge of foreign languages and competences in pricing, human resources, customer service or team leaders. The aim of the new project is to enhance the company’s service capacity in Enterprise Services – Finance and Accounting in the field of Order to Cash (OTC, O2C) process management and in the Supply China Management for the Global Customers of the Genpact Services Group.

Katowice the second most electromobile city in Poland!

Katowice has taken second place in the “Electromobility Cities Ranking”, prepared by Polityka Insight in collaboration with the Foundation for Promotion of Electric Vehicles. The capital of the Silesian Voivodeship has received 71 out of 100 possible points, which is 2 points less than the winner Warsaw. Katowice was also appreciated for public transport and clean air.
