New information sources for Ukraine citizens

A new website address www.dlaukrainy.katowice.eu and a 24/7 hotline +48 32 737 87 87 – that’s where you can look for any information related to helping Ukrainian citizens who decided to come to Katowice. Both the hotline and the website are in Polish and Ukrainian. At the same time, we kindly ask for further delivery of personal hygiene products to the Regional Tourist Information Center. The products collected so far have already been distributed to those in need.

+48 32 737 87 87 – this is the number of the Helpline operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In order to provide up-to-date information, there are 10 call centres for daytime callers and five for night-time callers. The helpline is operated in Polish and Ukrainian and by calling it one can receive assistance in finding: accommodation, medical care, food, veterinary or legal assistance, etc.

The full package information is also available on the new website. At www.dlaukrainy.katowice.eu there is a complete package of information on where to get help and what support you can count on.
