Two 104-metre-high Global Office Park office towers located at the intersection of Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets, have obtained an occupancy permit. The investment is developed by Cavatina.
Global Office Park is mixed-use development consisting of an office, service and residential space. This project delivered 55,188 m² of modern office space. The offices, in addition to two 25-storey towers, are also located in the smallest building C of the complex which was commissioned to use over a year ago. The third, eastern tower will house 670 flats for rent under the Resi Capital brand. Residents and tenants of the complex will have secured access to green and relaxation zones created on terraces occupying 2,300 sqm.
Global Office Park is not only an extremely modern, well-designed office building. It is primarily a mixed-use complex open to the city, enriching its infrastructure, supporting the changes taking place in the center of Katowice. The commissioning of its most impressive part is an important and anticipated moment for us at Cavatina Holding. Just received occupancy permit is a confirmation that the works on this investment have been carried out as planned, and companies such as ING Tech, UPC, Hyland and many others will soon use their new offices,” says Tomasz Zydorek, Leasing Director at Cavatina Holding.
