.KTW attracts global brands and key market players

The .KTW office complex in Katowice is steadily reinforcing its role as one of the most important business addresses in the region. Recent tenant decisions highlight the city’s ability to attract both international brands and leading domestic companies.

Global fashion brand GUESS has joined the tenant mix of .KTW II, selecting office space on the 27th floor, offering panoramic views of the city centre. The presence of a lifestyle and creative industry brand further reflects the diversification of Katowice’s office market and its growing appeal for companies operating in international and design-driven sectors.

At the same time, one of the largest office relocations in Katowice is currently underway. TAURON Polska Energia and TAURON Zielona Energia are moving their headquarters to .KTW II, the tallest office building in the city. The companies will occupy over 10,000 sqm of office space, spanning approximately 6.5 floors, with around 600 employees working in the new location.
