Podsumowanie udziału w targach EXPO REAL w Monachium!
W dniach 6‑8 października 2025 r. mieliśmy okazję zaprezentować gospodarczą wizytówkę Katowic na jednym z najważniejszych wydarzeń branży nieruchomości i inwestycji w Europie — targach EXPO REAL w Monachium.
W trakcie targów:
🎯 Uczestniczyliśmy w szeregu intensywnych spotkań z inwestorami rozmawiając o możliwościach, potencjale inwestycyjnym Miasta i zamierzeniach inwestycyjnych w Katowicach,
🎯 Wymienialiśmy się dobrymi praktykami i doświadczeniami z przedstawicielami innych europejskich miast, np. City of Vienna, City of Miskolc,
🎯 Na zaproszenie Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency – HIPA i Real Estate Developers’ Round Table Association – IFK, Mariusz Jankowski, Naczelnik Wydziału Obsługi Inwestorów, wziął udział w dyskusji poświęconej rozwojowi gospodarczemu i rewitalizacji miast.

From October 6-8, we had the opportunity to present Katowice’s economic profile at one of the most important real estate and investment events in Europe — EXPO REAL in Munich.
During the Expo:
🎯 We held a series of intensive meetings with investors, discussing the opportunities, investment potential of our City, and investment plans in Katowice,
🎯 We exchanged best practices and experiences with representatives of other European cities, such as City of Vienna and City of Miskolc,
🎯 At the invitation of the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency – HIPA and Real Estate Developers’ Round Table Association – IFK, Mariusz Jankowski, Director of Investors Assistance Department, took part in a discussion to economic development and urban revitalization.
