OPAL MAKSIMUM is Partner of Katowice during MIPIM 2025 in Cannes!

OPAL MAKSIMUM is one of the leaders of the commercial real estate market in Upper Silesia for more than 25 years. Among completed projects of the OPAL MAKSIMUM Group are:

class A office building “Carbon Office”, revitalized complex of buildings comprising the Old Railway Station, offering over 10,600 sqm of usable space designated for commercial services, offices, retail and gastronomy.

Investor is currently executing a Class A office complex “Cross Office”, comprising 26 438 sqm of GLA. In the pipeline is also the implementation of the project of the multi-functional commercial service facility at Obroki Street with 7 772 sqm of usable space, which aims at creating a brand-new economic center in Katowice by the development of degraded areas of the former Kleofas coal mine. On the part of the property, the Group is planning to execute a residential project, which shall provide 444 apartments.
