Silesia Nova is another Partner of Katowice at MIPIM 2025

Nowy Wełnowiec – a project by Silesia Nova – a multifunctional, green and sustainable district in Katowice. Spanning 30 hectares, the project will offer 300,000 sqm of multifunctional space, primarily residential, complemented by gastronomy, retail, entertainment, services, and educational and cultural concepts. 10 hectares will be dedicated to greenery and recreation, including a 4-hectare central park.

It is also the first large-scale urban project to receive the Interim BREEAM Communities certification.

The strategic partner managing the project is #GrupaCapitalPark, a leader in innovative urban spaces, active in the Polish real estate market for over 20 years.
