“The Strength of Cities” – the latest Knight Frank report on Katowice
Knight Frank has published the latest edition of “The Strength of Cities” report focusing on Katowice. The publication presents the city’s attractiveness, office market and current HR trends.
The report includes key information on Katowice’s investment potential and quality of life, as well as the BSS sector, academic potential and labour market.
The first half of 2026 also brought a clear increase in activity on the Katowice office market. Total take-up reached 35,400 sq m, up 51% year-on-year, while Q2 recorded the strongest quarterly result in the city in the past three years.
